1. Intake Meeting

This is the part where we may be a bit nosy! We start by learning about your company and your vision. We’ll also provide information on our proven processes and what you can expect as we move forward. Lastly, we will gather all necessary data required.

2. Analysis & Solutions

This is the stage where we do some heavy lifting behind the scenes. After pinpointing any issues and evaluating your goals, we develop a detailed plan with strategies and solutions to help you achieve the vision for your benefits plan.

3. Recommendation Meeting

During our second meeting, we will present the tailored benefit proposal we’ve developed and outline the strategies we recommend to help you achieve your goals.

4. Implementation

This is the stage where we help to make your benefits plan a reality — and yes, it includes a little paperwork! Your dedicated Client Service Director will assist in gathering all of the documents required for a smooth implementation. We offer and recommend employee educational sessions to answer all their questions!

5. Renewals

‘Set it and forget it’ isn’t a viable approach for employee benefit plans! It’s crucial to regularly review past claims and verify that the plan still aligns with the company’s needs. Continuous monitoring and communication are essential for the success of your employee benefits plan!
